Please note that although Tescos have launched their new recycling scheme to include crisp packets, it is not yet active in this area. The only way to recycle is through terracycle.co.uk. There are several collection points locally. Alternatively, they can be taken to Tunnicliffe signs Ltd, Queens Avenue, Macclesfield SK10 2BN where they will be made into bivvie bag blankets. They must however be cut down the side and across the bottom to form a rectangle and washed and dried before they can accept them. Otherwise they will just go in the bin.
