A Dummies Guide: Introduction to US Politics: For this task, please read the chapter below (p1-12) and use it to put together your own 'Dummies Guide' to American Politics.

• You may choose whatever format you think works best - Publishing, Word, PPT ...
• You may include diagrams and pictures
• Include your own explanation of (using Bennet Chapter 1 as the basis for your guide):
  • The geography of America
  • The history of the Constitution (optional)
  • The machinery of government
  • Democracy and participation (how often do elections take place and who are the main parties?)

Please bring this to your first week of lessons after the summer.
